We have done a few projects within this infamous building in downtown Indy. The lofts are amazing with so much cool "old factory – loft" charm. But when you buy one the developers do you a favor by painting them all WHITE!! All the amazing exposed beams, brick etc covered in a layer of vanilla, yuck.
On this unit we pulled back in a lot of the existing elements like raw steel and wood. But we also added an ultra modern touch by incorporating Carbon fiber into the designs. In total we provided a wall mounted steel bookcase with built in ladder, a carbon and stainless handrail, steps that are lit from within and tons of steel cladding over the white concrete beams.
