With urban property values rising by the minute owners and developers are thinking of ways to utilize the space they already own. This roof top was converted into a outdoor living area complete with sundeck, gigantic hot tub and this outdoor kitchen.
Forwardfab solved an all too common problem for this owner. frequently on larger projects each sub contracter will run in and out installing their individual items with no real attention to the final product. Case in point the appliances got sat in place, then the granite tops sat on them; but then what? Nothing lined up and it looked very unfinished. We came in and made a series of custom stainless steel panels to trim all the bits and make it look complete.
