This is an example of good old fashion Architectural fabrication. The top story of an old school house loft, this unit had a lot of interesting challenges. What I mean by that is uneven floors, wall, ceilings etc! The owners wanted a unique railing to encircle the lofted office above the kitchen; problem was the building’s main brick chimney juts right through the middle. The only answer is to bring the measuring tools, saws, and welders on site and custom fit every piece. The final product was a very tasteful railing that fit all of the buildings old lines.
